Pete Larson is the Co-founder and Director of Family Fest Ministries which strives to strengthen families and marriages through a variety of retreats and programs such as the Winter Weekend and Summer Splash family camps and the Marriage Booster Retreat. Prior to starting Family Fest, Pete served as the youth and family minister at St. Patrick’s Church in Edina, and was on the staff of Youth Frontiers leading over 600 retreats for 5th through 12th grade students. He was also a host of The Wishing Well T.V. show at the Minneapolis & St. Paul Children’s Hospitals. Pete often speaks at church youth groups, conferences, and retreats. Pete is a contributing blogger at 1st Corinthians 13 Parenting.com. Pete lives in Bloomington, MN with his wife Lynn. They have two sons Dan (30) and Tim (25). In his free time he enjoys running, playing guitar and mandolin, traveling, fishing, and woodworking.

Beth Ulrich works with the Family Fest Marriage Booster Retreat as a speaker and retreat director. Beth is passionate about marriage and family and speaks to adults about parenting faithful children, having faithful priorities, faith in the business world and ways to improve your marriage. Beth also teaches Sunday school, confirmation and leads two bible study groups at her church. In addition, Beth is a successful realtor and former host of “The Caring Effect” radio program. Beth Ulrich grew up in St Cloud and currently lives in Plymouth with her husband, Eddie, and their four daughters ranging from ages 10-20.
