There are two weekends to choose from: Martin Luther King Weekend (January 17-20) or President's Day Weekend (February 14-17). We will do our best to give you your first choice weekend.

Includes three nights’ deluxe accommodations, all meals, plus all family activities (not including downhill skiing, tubing, or the spa). Adults: $550; Kids: $150; Children 3 & under: $75; KCs: $150; Young Adults: $300. Example: Two adults with three children (one who is 2 years old) would be $550+$550+$150+$150+$75 = $1475,

Important Information Regarding Program Placement: Kids will be placed in groups at the start of the weekend. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate requests to move kids out of their age group to an older age group. It may be possible for a child to move to a younger group depending upon program sizes. Thank you for your understanding.

Please indicate here if you have students entering 10th grade or above who are interested in applying to be a KC. (9th grade students interested in being a KC may apply and will be accepted based upon space. If there is not enough room, they will stay in the the 7-9th grade Program).

Thanks to individual families, as well as some foundation grants, we are able to discount the cost of Winter Weekend for families who need a little boost to get there. You can see the criteria for the maximum scholarship available by going to: https://familyfestministries.org/scholarships/. There is a short form that you can fill out to request this discount which will be deducted from your balance due.

In consideration for participating at the Family Fest Ministries, Inc. (“Family Fest”) Winter Weekend, the participant or his/her parent or legal guardian if participant is under eighteen (collectively “Camper”) agrees to release, indemnify, and discharge Family Fest, its employees, agents, participants, volunteers or other persons or entities acting on their behalf, as follows: 1. Camper understands that participation in the activities conducted by Family Fest entails unanticipated risks which could result in illness and/or injury to Camper and/or Camper’s property. Camper’s attendance at Family Fest activities is voluntary, and Camper has elected to attend Winter Weekend in spite of the risks. Camper expressly accepts and assumes all such risks related to such activities and waives any and all claims against Family Fest. Camper acknowledges that if injured during participation in the activities of Family Fest, Camper may be found by a court of law to have waived his/her right to maintain a lawsuit against Family Fest. 3. Camper grants permission to Family Fest to photograph, record and/or videotape Camper and Camper’s family members, and grants permission to Family Fest to use these photographs, recordings and/or videotapes for promotional purposes only.

Cancellation Policy Family Fest: A full refund of deposit will be returned if cancellation is before December 1, 2024 or if you are still on the waiting list. Deposits after December 1, 2024 are non-refundable. Full camp balance is due 15 days before the start of camp. A refund, less the non-refundable deposit, will be issued for cancellations not less than 14 days prior to the start of camp. If cancellation is within 14 days from camp (January 3, 2025 for January and January 31, 2025 for February) and we cannot fill that spot, you agree to cover 80% of the total camp fee. Non-refunded balance payments may be used as a balance payment for Winter Weekend the following year or may be transferred to the Family Fest Scholarship Fund.

Only camp deposits are required at this time. The balance will be determined once your housing preference is decided. We will notify you about balance payment at that time. Final balance will be due two weeks before Winter Weekend. If you are registering for the January Wait List, do not do a PayPal deposit. Just click "Sending a Check" and we will let you know if a spot opens up.
